By far one of the worst experience, went to the agency and enquired about a property to rent, they had told that there is ongoing work in the property chosen in Henson, after repeatedly asking an appointment was made for viewing. Agnieszka Ziolkowska accompanied me for the viewing, loved the property and we were ready to offer the asking price and she had then asked us to send our details and we emailed her, but haven’t heard back yet. Two weeks of waiting, visited the agency after a while and got the news that the property was given to someone else at a higher rate, this was not discussed with us or else we would’ve offered that rate as well. One month of time was wasted as they had given high hopes for this and destroyed it. They haven’t even responded back until we had asked about it. The service is extremely upsetting and brought nothing but disappointment.

The lettings negotiator Agnieszka Ziolkowska was very friendly, enthusiastic and professional. she was very approachable and helped me with the reference process work. she would update me with all the details required for the referencing process. Im glad I got a good person who was empthatic in every step I took. Once again Thank you for all your precious time and support.I would recommend all to choose Woodlands as your lettings agent.
